Jumper: A Novel (Jumper)

Read 3/6/08 An 18 year old boy with a missing mother and a drunk of a father discovers he can teleport. He steals a million dollars, meets a girl to whom he tells his secret, and reunites with his mother - only to have her killed by terrorist hijackers. Using his ability, David decides to exact VIGILANTE JUSTICE on terrorist hijackers worldwide, in hopes of finding the man responsible for his mother's death. But the NSA is after him! Fun, in a dated, early 90's way. Can see how it would translate to a movie with present day themes.
