The Host: A Novel

Clean as a whistle. Works okay as a generic romance/sci fi. The writing is pedestrian, but the cover makes it seem classier than it is. It's really more suited to inspirational romance than the treatment it will likely get from teens who are drawn to it because of Meyer's previous work with glittering Mormon Vampires.
